Online Services - Customer Focus
The Online50 service is not run by a software vendor, or a product manufacturer. It is run by IT Inside Out Ltd and we are a service provider. We are both an Application Service Provider, in that we provide our customers with access to software applications, and an Internet Service Provider - although we don't offer volume web hosting or cheap Internet access products - which perhaps makes us an Inside Out ISP.
Our vision is to see UK small businesses efficient and dynamic in the national and international marketplace; with first class business leaders and sound management teams; with a distributed workforce bound together through the intelligent use of resources. Because of this, we strive for excellence in the delivery of our service, and actively identify services that will enhance the way in which our customers do business. Staying within our core competency, we recognise that we are a hosting company, and so the services that we provide are hosting services.
